RETURNS POLICY

Making online purchases doesn't offer the same tangible experience as shopping in a store, so it can be hard to determine the perfect items and sizes. We are proud to say we have years of experience offering guidance on which items and sizes will work best for each person. So, while we can't see you in person, we are happy to answer questions about sizing, fit, material, etc. before making a purchase.

Regular Price Items

Boutique Harajuku will accept returns for regular-priced items within 14 days of the order date for store credit only. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. 

Sale Items

All reduced price sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns & Credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

You will be issued a store credit receipt through email.   Your code will be emailed to you within 5 days of the receipt of goods. The credit amount will be the final purchase amount (less any promotional discount if one was used at checkout).

Shipping

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
